Agency Growth Summit During Economic Uncertainty Set For August 6 At UC Irvine

More than 250 agency leaders will gather to focus on innovative growth strategies at the ReINVENT Work Summit from 1 to 5 pm Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at The Cove at UC Irvine’s Beall Applied Innovation.

Southern California agency owners have felt the uncertainty of the first five months of 2025. Tariffs, tax code changes and fighting in the Middle East are just some of the issues.

“Agency CEOs are always going to work hard to grow their companies,” said Scott Hamilton, president and founder of the Executive Next Practices Institute (ENP), the host of the event. “The growth imperative is real, and this forum will help business leaders navigate the challenges.”

The cost to attend the event is $97. The summit includes a 5 to 7 pm hosted networking reception and resources expo.

“In this interactive afternoon we wrestle with economic uncertainty and explore strategies and tactics to grow, accelerate productivity, integrate AI, and maximize talent effectiveness,” said Hamilton.

This will be ENP’s 548th such forum, featuring partner organizations such as UCI Corporate Ed, NHRA OC and the Private Directors Association.

Attendees will hear from industry leaders such as global business expert Pranav Dalal, CEO and founder of Office Beacon, on rapid growth strategies.

Office Beacon is a global leader in providing remote staffing and process outsourcing solutions, serving thousands of businesses across a variety of industries.

With 24/7 operations in the Philippines, South Africa, and other international locations, Office Beacon connects businesses with top-tier talent from around the world.

Dalal’s entrepreneurial spirit has cultivated success for him in many ways. He maintains status as a Vistage National Sponsor and Speaker, a Harvard Business Review Advisory Council Member and a Forbes Business Council Member.

Dean Ian Williamson of UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business will speak on “The AI-Talent Productivity Equation—An Advanced Look.”

Other speakers include Hamilton; Keith Strier, Head of Global AI Markets, AMD; Rick Weber, CMO of Experian; and Claire Gribbon, Head of Worldwide AI Strategy for Amazon Web on AI realization.

“Business leaders can connect with CEOs, CHROs, COOs, CIOs, CFOs and key executives from leading companies from over 10 domains in a vendor-free, distraction-free environment,” said Hamilton.
