How are savvy small agency owners using flexible and cost-effective staffing options to thrive in the digital age? And if you do not choose to go global, will your agency be at a competitive disadvantage?

Staffing thought leader Pranav Dalal, CEO of Office Beacon and an advisor to the Harvard Business Review, will address those questions in his keynote address at the Agency Rainmaker Forum to be held Feb. 28 and March 1, 2025 at the University of California San Diego in La Jolla, California.

Dalal will speak on “Remote Staffing To Tap Into Global Talent” on Saturday, March 1 and also lead a panel discussion on the topic. Other staffing experts will be on hand to explore the trend’s impact on agencies.

Global staffing is a trend that cannot be ignored. Based on SIA forecasts, the global staffing industry will rise about 6% annually in the coming years.

“At Office Beacon we consider ourselves a benchmark for what’s happening in the global economy,” says Dalal. “Our insights help shape a roadmap for what’s relevant now and what lies ahead.”

Dalal will address how more than 100 positions are being outsourced globally by small to midsized agencies today, even those with under 100 employees.

Office Beacon is a global leader in providing remote staffing and process outsourcing solutions, serving thousands of businesses across a variety of industries.

With 24/7 operations in the Philippines, South Africa, and other international locations, Office Beacon connects businesses with top-tier talent from around the world.

“With a mission to empower businesses through scalable, high-quality talent, Office Beacon is committed to supporting the success of companies of all sizes in an increasingly digital world,” says Dalal.

Dalal discussed these global talent issues on a recent episode of Agency Rainmaker TV.

Dalal’s entrepreneurial spirit has cultivated success for him in many ways. He maintains status as a Vistage National Sponsor and Speaker, a Harvard Business Review Advisory Council Member and a Forbes Business Council Member. Most recently, the CEO has joined Loyola Marymount University’s Dean’s Executive Council.

With over 25 years of experience leading Office Beacon through its significant expansion across various industries, Dalal’s participation in the Dean’s Executive Council underscores his commitment to empowering the next generation of business leaders. Dalal’s contributions are expected to strengthen LMU’s focus on preparing students for the evolving demands of a global economy.

“It’s an honor to join LMU’s Dean’s Advisory Council,” said Dalal.  “This opportunity allows me to share grassroots insights from managing a multinational corporation, highlighting both the current industry landscape and the evolving skills required to succeed.”

Dalal’s expertise in navigating complex global markets and adapting to dynamic technological advancements aligns well with LMU’s aim to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities in today’s economic landscape.

Dalal’s industry and educational relationships are a testament to Office Beacon’s standing in the business world as a thought leader in workforce transformation and innovation.
